INGREDIENTS
1.5 kg seasonal mixed vegetables prepared accordingly and diced
1ltr vegetable stock
2 tablespoons red lentils
1 vegetable stock cube
1 teaspoon dried mixed herbs
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon yeast extract
Season to preference
A good dash of wine

PREPARATION
Throw everything (except the wine) into a large pan and bring to a boil. Simmer with lid on for approximately 30 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked. Stir through and adjust the seasoning to taste. Add the wine... et voila!
