Cellulite is one of those subjects that generates a lot of discussion. For years now people have thought it was caused by being overweight. But, more recently, medical opinion has changed. It is possible for cellulite to appear on just about anyone. Skin elasticity has to do with its appearance, and if it is naturally good then you have a better chance of it looking better after losing weight. It is advised that you lose weight steadily and try to regain some muscle tone with gentle exercise as you do so. There is little real evidence to prove that so called 'miracle creams' work, and actually get rid of what is essentially just part of the human condition. The best thing we can do for ourselves is to love our bodies, eat well, be active and take time out once a week( if possible) to pay attention to our skin, e.g through facial massages that improve skin tone and circulation with the added bonus of making you feel good too!
