INGREDIENTS
2-3 avocados, stones removed
1/2 a lemon
2 tablespoons chopped tomato
2 tablespoons chopped onion
salt (for desired flavor)
1 crushed garlic clove
Your choice of vegetable sticks such as carrots, peppers, celery etc

PREPARATION
Remove the avocados from their skins and place into a bowl. Squeeze a lemon in the bowl. Add the chopped tomato and onion. Sprinkle garlic granules and salt to your preferred taste. Mix well-until slightly lumpy. Refrigerate to chill if desired and serve with the vegetable sticks.
