Cardio and dance combination exercise routines have become popular in many countries due to the large audience it has attracted. The art of dance has always been known to burn calories and develop particular groups of muscles. By combining it with cardio exercises it is possible to create a workout that is efficient at burning calories. Dancing targets certain muscle groups that are normally difficult to stress on and therefore it is possible to achieve a full body workout through cardio and dance. Cardio and dance routines are tailor made to increase the heart rate as well as improve flexibility.
