Vitamins fight aging
Vitamins found in every day food benefit the whole body and the skin takes full advantage of this.
Vitamins are valuable for the proper functioning of the body, but also make the face look young and vivacious. But are they able to prevent the aging process? Let’s find out.

Vitamin A and retinol increase the production of new cells and contribute to the elasticity of the skin. They also slow down the formation of wrinkles. A deficiency of this vitamin can cause irritation of the skin.

Vitamin B restores the balance of the skin when it is dehydrated and red.

Vitamin C tones, adds shine and brightness, reduces discoloration, strengthens the skin’s barriers, neutralizes free radicals and stimulates collagen production.

Vitamin E preserves the integrity of the membrane of the cells. It promotes elasticity, prevents premature aging and repairs photo aging.
