Understanding Cancer and its Causes
Learn more about cancer and what you can do to reduce the risks of developing malignant cells.
The causes of many cancers are still unknown. However, research has linked things such as obesity and excessive alcohol intake to certain types of cancer. For these reasons it is always good to try and live as healthy a lifestyle as possible. Cancer may develop in any part of the body, and (put plainly) appears when the growth of cells step outside their normal bounds. It is also attributed to 'cells that forget how to die'. The most common symptoms of any cancer are: loss of appetite, increased instances of chills and fever, exhaustion, weight loss and night sweats. You can reduce the chances of getting cancer if you; eat a healthy diet, exercise regularly, avoid becoming overweight, reduce exposure to environmental toxins, don't smoke and limit your exposure to the sun.
