A few tips to make those out-of-home meals a little more diet–friendly.
It is with no doubt that weather change brings a lifestyle and diet change. More time spent at home may make you lazy and give you the excuse of ordering take-away a little too often. Even going to the movies followed by a little dinner date can threaten your diet and steer you off the healthy wagon.
Follow these tips:
a) Family meals – Switch the TV off and get the whole family involved in preparing a healthy meal. Save up on calories, educate your children on healthy eating and…have fun!
b)Ordering take-away? Avoid fried fatty foods and always try to include a salad without any heavy dressing-especially mayo.
c)Going out? – Try to make more of your outings. Instead of making them all about dinner switch it up and go dancing!
