The 5 Rules of Slimming
What are the healthy ways for someone to lose weight? Get into the healthy habit!
Had enough of counting calories and want to start eating what you like and chucking that diet out the window? The worst thing you can do is get obsessed with your diet and feel guilty every time you eat. Improve your relationship with food with these golden rules;

a)Your diet is like a bank account- you have to find the balance between calorie intake and calories burnt. Exercise is key - walking for a mere 30mins per day is sufficient.
b)Have patience- the slower and steadier you lose the weight, the less likely it will be to crawl back.
c)Shrink your portion size and get use to chewing as much as possible.
d)Befriend your fridge- shop healthy and avoid excessive consumption
e)Be honest with yourself and make peace with your food – If you’ve been ‘naughty’ today you have tomorrow to make up for it.
