Lateral cone hops are considered the best exercise for building strength and stamina in the knees and ankles. It is necessary to start with little jumping exercise before going to the advance lateral cone hop. You can jump over a small heighted table. Jump from your one foot and keep your other foot in landing position. You can jump over cones in a forward direction to get the variation. Stand away from the small cone at the left side. Keep cone distance at least
6 inches apart. Use both feet when hopping over the cones. Land on the balls of your feet and keep your knees soft. Repeat the hopping over cones for 20 reps and get the desirable results.
