Step Away From Stress and See Clearer
By taking control of a situation you will feel better - understand there is no such thing as failure.
Try to pinpoint the stress factors in your life. Sometimes you need to step away from things and view them from a distance. Stress skews perception- listen to what others have to say and think about it, talk it over, it helps! If you can get involved in a physical activity, this will release 'happy' chemicals in the brain and lift our spirits making us more able to cope. Try to take control of your life. If work gets you down because you feel you are asked to complete unreasonable workloads, bring this out into the open (I guarantee you won't be the only person in the office to feel this way). Whatever the situation there is always a way for you to deal with it,sometimes this may means walking away. Walking away can be a very positive action and should not be viewed as failure. Focus on the positive - it's true,every cloud has a silver lining. Positive emotions help promote healthy living. Instead of wading through a morass of negativity from which you unconsciously stop yourself from escaping, think what good can come from this. There is no such thing as failure, because positively speaking, failure is really just more knowledge - something you didn't know before. With the right approach this helps you tackle the next challenge. Know this; accept, appreciate and love who you are.
