INGREDIENTS
2 slices of whole wheat bread
1 lettuce leaf
1 slice deli ham
1 hard-boiled egg, sliced
2 slices of green bell pepper
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
 
PREPARATION
Toast your bread (optional). Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on both sides of the bread. Add the lettuce leaf, ham, egg and top with the pepper slices.
