INGREDIENTS
400g pork tenderloin, boneless, sliced
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 stalk parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon thyme
1 tablespoon rosemary
1 tablespoon fresh basil
1 tablespoon dry white wine
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped

1 stalk parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon thyme
1 tablespoon rosemary
1 tablespoon fresh basil
1 tablespoon dry white wine
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
PREPARATION
Coat the pork all over thoroughly with salt and pepper. Heat the olive oil in a large non-sticky skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and pork and sauté for 5 minutes on each side or until the pork is done. Add the tomatoes and sauté for a further 2 minutes. Add the thyme, rosemary, basil and wine and stir for about 2-3 minutes. Arrange the pork onto plates and sprinkle onions on top.
