Too Cold To Exercise
Now that’s an easy excuse to use. Try these winter-friendly exercise tips.
As the Autumn season kicks in you find yet another excuse to skip your daily dose of exercise and physical activity. What you are actually doing is increasing your chances of gaining weight and sustaining an unhealthy lifestyle.
To keep your metabolism active:
a)Start exercising at home or at the gym. Try anything that get you moving or calms you down such as dance, yoga or pilates. Motivate yourself to include your chosen activity in your daily life.
b)If exercising on a daily basis is too difficult for you try to increase the duration or the difficulty level of your activity each time.
c)After work find 20-30 minutes to finish off your household chores. Any activity is better than no activity.
