INGREDIENTS
1kg frozen shrimps
2 ripe red tomatoes
1 green pepper, diced
1 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 stalk fresh basil, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh thyme
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
water
2 ripe red tomatoes
1 green pepper, diced
1 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 stalk fresh basil, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh thyme
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

PREPARATION
Pour water in a pot and boil it. Add the shrimps and cook for 10 minutes. Set the shrimps aside. In a skillet pour 1/2 tablespoon olive oil and sauté the tomatoes, green pepper, onion and garlic. Add the tomato sauce, lemon juice, fresh herbs, salt and pepper. Let it simmer for 15 minutes and while you peel the shrimps. Once the tomato sauce thickens, add the shrimps to the skillet. Cook shrimps and sauce together for 2 minutes. Serve hot.
