INGREDIENTS
140 g peeled, cooked prawns
2 tablespoons crème fresh
2 tablespoons low-fat cream cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice
½ teaspoon fresh grated ginger
1 teaspoon fresh chopped chives

PREPARATION
Put everything in a blender-apart from the chives. Blend until smooth then spoon into a dish. Sprinkle the chives on top and serve as an appetizer with raw vegetables such as cauliflower, carrots and peppers, or with pita bread and salad.
