INGREDIENTS
2 cucumbers, peeled
1 carrot, diced
Several sprigs of coriander
500ml tomato juice
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
Fresh garlic
Several ice cubes

PREPARATION
Simply blend all the ingredients together in a blender and make sure they are very well combined and totally smooth. The soup is best served once it has been chilled for at least an hour, but can be served straight away due to the ice present in it.
