INGREDIENTS
4 cups mixed salad greens
1 avocado peeled and cubed
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1 stalk fresh parsley, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
4 slices boiled ham
½ cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon wine vinegar

PREPARATION
In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, wine vinegar, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Add the avocado and the salad greens. Mix to coat with dressing. Cut ham into stripes and add into salad. Sprinkle sliced almonds over the top.
