Beyonce made this diet popular once again after she used it to lose 20kg for the movie Dreamgirls. As a diet it places focus on the notion of fasting and detoxification. As an added bonus, you will also increase your energy levels in less than 10 days. In this case, weight-loss is inevitable due to the extremely low calorie consumption. However, specialists warn that this diet is detrimental to one’s health-as they stress that you need a balanced diet plan including carbs, vitamins, fibres etc. in order to be health.
This diet requires a minimum of 6 glasses of lemonade per day and should be stopped after approximately 14 days.
