By increasing the metabolism it is possible to burn more calories. Burning fat can be induced through high intensity types of workouts. High intensity workouts can be achieved by increasing the difficulty or by changing the exercise set patterns. Many circuit training routines can burn fat in a short period of time by combining many workouts and by constantly shifting the muscles being used.
