INGREDIENTS
500 g shrimps
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 stalk scallion, chopped
2 sprigs parsley, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 stalk dill, chopped
1 tablespoon coriander seeds
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 stalk scallion, chopped
2 sprigs parsley, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 stalk dill, chopped
1 tablespoon coriander seeds
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
PREPARATION
Heat up the wok and add in ½ tablespoon olive oil. Slightly fry the garlic until it gets a golden brown colour. Set aside. In a bowl mix the rest of the olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Season the shrimps with parsley, celery, dill and coriander. Steam the shrimps for 5-7 minutes. Place the shrimps on a platter and top them with the garlic and scallion. Serve hot or cold.
