INGREDIENTS
1 cauliflower
3 tomatoes cut into pieces
1 cup cottage cheese
1 onion, chopped
1 stalk fresh parsley, chopped
nutmeg
1 tablespoon olive oil

PREPARATION
Wash the cauliflower and remove its leaves. Put water in a saucepan and when it begins to boil, place the cauliflower. Cook for 10-15 minutes. Mix in the blender the tomatoes, onion, nutmeg, olive oil, salt, pepper and then boil the mix for 5 minutes. A few seconds before you remove it from stove, add the parsley. Pour tomato sauce on the
cauliflower and sprinkle cottage cheese on top.
