The Routine
3 sets x 20 reps. Stand up straight and with both hands keep the exercise ball steady. Your arms should be at the level of your shoulders and parallel to the ground. Rotate your torso slowly to your left side holding tightly the ball and slowly turn to the right side (this is one rep). Keep the ball in a steady position.
