Squat walking is the best exercise when tackling body fat

For all women facing difficulties with their glute-ham tie-in, side band walking is the best exercise. To prepare for the exercise, tie a resistance band below the knees. Now descend in to a quarter squat positioning. In order to put tension on the band, you have to slightly place your feet above the shoulder width apart. Now you are ready to finally execute the steps involved in the exercise. By staying in the same position, make your abs tight. Keep the tension on the band and step right with your right leg and then step left with your left leg. For effective results repeat the exercise for 20-30 reps per leg. Your problem will be solved in just few days.

Tie resistance band below the knees. Lower to a squatting position. Now place your feet above the shoulder width apart and make your abs tight. Step right with your right leg and then step left with your left leg so as to keep the
tension in the band.
