INGREDIENTS
1 (400g) tin of kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 garlic clove, peeled
2 teaspoons ground cumin
3 teaspoons ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
4 teaspoons olive oil
water 
salt and pepper
PREPARATION
Put all the ingredients together in a food processor and blend until you achieve a smooth texture. Add water sparingly until you've reach the desired consistency.
