Velashape treatment: is hydration important?
Guidelines for the application of the Velashape or Endermologie treatment: Hydration and Exercise during treatment

Along with Velashape or Endermologie you need to follow certain dietary guidelines that will enhance and maintain the results.
Adequate fluid intake helps your body to expel the byproducts of metabolism and toxins during treatment. Furthermore, water is a substrate for most metabolic processes therefore making it a vital element of the proper functioning of the body. Aim to drink at least
2 liters of fluids per day.  Good sources of fluids are teas like green tea, fruit tea, fresh fruit and fresh juices, as well as vegetables and their juices. Mild physical activity can contribute to better circulation, better tissue perfusion and a loss of body fat. This is why we recommend that coupled with the Velashape treatment you do a mild form of exercise such as walking, jogging or swimming on a regular basis. It is crucial that you exercise at a fairly moderate level so as to actually burn fat. Ideally, aim to walk or swim for 30 minutes for most days of the week.
