INGREDIENTS
4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
4 peaches, skinned, halved
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

PREPARATION
In a bowl, combine the basil, garlic and olive oil. Coat the chicken breasts with the mixture and sprinkle them with salt and pepper. Preheat barbecue grill. Place the chicken onto the hot grill and brush with balsamic vinegar. Cook for 20-30 minutes, turning and basting several times. Just before chicken is fully cooked, place the peaches on the grill for about 2 minutes. Remove chicken and peaches from the grill and serve warm.
