INGREDIENTS
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast (120g each)
200g frozen peas
2 ripe tomatoes, grated or 1 can tomato paste
2 garlic cloves, sliced
1 bunch spring onions, chopped
1 stalk dill, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt
pepper
1 cup water

PREPARATION
Heat the olive oil in a casserole, add the chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes each side. Add the garlic and spring onions and cook for 1 minute. Pour in 1 cup of water. Add the peas, dill, tomatoes or tomato paste and mix together. Simmer for 20-25 minutes, until the peas are tender and chicken is cooked thoroughly. Serve hot
